Spacious, Maintenance-Free Apartments and Cottages

Cottage residents can choose from three well designed floor plans.  All cottages feature  two bedrooms, two baths, fully equipped kitchens, washers and dryers, walk-in closets, patios, screened porches and an attached garage.

Apartment residents may choose from five floor plans ranging from one-bedroom, one-bedroom deluxe to two bedrooms with den. Each apartment offers a screened porch or balcony, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, walk-in closets, and individually controlled central heating and air-conditioning.

There will be plenty of convenient free parking for you and your guests. Apartments are all  connected to the clubhouse, making it easy to enjoy all the activity areas.

You'll feel secure knowing that we will check on your residence periodically when you are out of town, and patrol the grounds every evening. Plus, there is a personalized emergency response system included in fees for all residents.
