If not used for long-term health care, Cadbury at Lewes will refund your account to you or your estate, (pending reoccupancy of residence).
Entrance Fees starting at $249,500. Monthly Fees starting at $2,174.

Classic Plan:  This plan features a lower entrance fee and still provides the benefits of our continuum of care. The entrance fee declines monthly, reducing the refundable portion and providing less funds should long-term health care services at Cadbury be needed.
