Victor D. Amey

Vic Amey joined Cadbury Corporation as its Chief Executive in 1994. Since then he has led Cadbury’s expansion and diversification efforts and today serves as the President & CEO of Cadbury Senior Services, Inc. (dba Cadbury Senior Lifestyles), the parent corporation for all Cadbury Senior Lifestyles affiliates. Prior to joining Cadbury Corporation, Mr. Amey spent 20 years in acute care hospital administration. He is a licensed nursing home administrator, a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives, and a former Continuing Care Accreditation Commission evaluator. He has served on the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (now LeadingAge) House of Delegates and also on the Boards of the New Jersey Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (now LeadingAgeNJ) and Friends Services for the Aging (FSA). He obtained his Bachelors Degree from Olivet College in Michigan and his Masters Degree in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University.


Susan S. Hawkins

Executive Director, Cadbury Senior Lifestyles Consulting

Susan Hawkins is the Executive Director of Cadbury Consulting, working with not-for-profit organizations interested in developing their own Continuing Care at Home (CCaH) program. She has been in the Senior Living and Continuing Care arena for over 18 years and was instrumental in the growth of Cadbury at Home, established in 1998, one of the first Continuing Care at Home programs in the country. Ms. Hawkins has been a frequent moderator and presenter on CCaH at Leading Age conferences and industry webcasts. Susan received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from West Virginia Wesleyan College in Buckhannon, WV.


Susan C. Froyd


Susan C. Froyd – Consultant, with over 20 years of experience in the senior living industry, provides support through all phases of research, development, implementation and operation. Areas of expertise includes proposals and contracts, market research, comprehensive market reports, focus group and Member satisfaction survey tabulation, MatrixCare (formally REPS) database support and training, and creative design of forms/spreadsheets, collateral, invitations, productivity reporting and IT. Susan received her B.S. degree from Temple University, Philadelphia, PA.
