INDEPENDENT LIVING CONTRACT OPTIONS
When considering contract options at Cadbury, “one size fits all” does NOT apply. Prospective residents can choose the plan tailored to their needs.
Traditional Plan A: A popular choice for those seeking security and asset protection, the investment of an Entrance Fee establishes a fixed Monthly Rate and includes future Assisted Living and/or Skilled Nursing Care as well as allowing medical income tax deductibility. Subject only to minimal annual increases, this plan has saved many of Cadbury's residents tens of thousands of dollars.
Entrance Fees starting at $83,000. Monthly Fees starting at $2,441.
Traditional Plan B: Compatible with Long Term Care Insurance, this is a modified plan with a reduced Entrance Fee and a reduced Monthly Rate. After using 60 days of Assisted Living and/or Skilled Nursing Care, at no additional cost, the Monthly Rate would increase to the rate for the appropriate care level at that time.
Entrance Fees starting at $39,000. Monthly Fees starting at $1,224.
100% Refundable Plan: Not 90%, but 100% !! Enjoy this option if you already have a Long Term Care Insurance plan in place, or plan to secure and protect your inheritance. A higher Entrance Fee holds your investment, or can be used as a “spend down” later for Assisted Living and/or Skilled Nursing Care, which is offered at a 15% reduced rate.

ASSISTED LIVING CONTRACT OPTIONS
Entry Fee Option:
Similar to the popular Independent Living Traditional Plan, the right plan for those seeking security and asset protection, the investment of an Entrance Fee establishes a fixed Monthly Rate in Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing Care as well as allowing medical income tax deductibility. Rates include medication management. Subject only to minimal annual increases.
Entrance Fee require $77,500. Monthly Fee levels starting at $5,332.
No Entry Fee:
$3,000 Community Fee required. Monthly Fee levels starting at $5,432. Comparable to other free standing Assisted Living communities but with the benefits of being located within a Continuing Care Retirement Community. Monthly fees include medication management.
