Cecily Laidman

Executive Director

Cecily has been in the senior living industry for over 13 years. She is also on the board of trustees for Leading Age NJ. As executive director of Cadbury at Home, Cecily is responsible for the day-to-day operations, managing the services of members, as well as overseeing all marketing and sales efforts necessary for the fiscal health of the organization. Cecily most recently was on the panel of the LeadingAge Home & Community based services study panel, “CCAH: Complimenting the Community Model” and “Culture Shocks: Creating Inclusive Communities” at LeadingAge Boston in 2015 and presented at the International Global Ageing Conference in Switzerland in 2017. Before joining Cadbury at Home in November 2012, she was director of marketing and sales at The Evergreens, a CCRC in Moorestown, NJ. Prior to The Evergreens, she was Director of sales and marketing at Stonebridge at Montgomery, a Springpoint Senior Living CCRC located near Princeton, NJ. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from the State University at Buffalo, in Buffalo, New York.

Craig C. Kinsey

Director of Sales & Marketing

Craig has been with Cadbury at Home for 19 years, since the inception of the program. He has been intimately involved in the program’s growth from its small local beginning in southern New Jersey to an innovative and groundbreaking concept that is expanding rapidly on a national level. Craig’s responsibilities have focused on the development and implementation of successful sales and marketing strategies, program pricing options and sales procedures. He is also directly involved with prospective members during the sales process. In addition, Craig has worked closely with Cadbury Consulting conducting initial and ongoing client sales training and mentoring. Prior to Cadbury at Home, Craig worked in mortgage banking for GMAC Mortgage for over 14 years assisting in the development of mortgage programs for credit unions, numerous Fortune 500 companies providing mortgage relocation services to their employees, as well as a national Reverse Mortgage Division for GMAC Mortgage.

Amy Nicklas

Senior Sales Counselor

Amy received her Bachelor of Science degree from Juniata College and has worked in the senior living industry for over 25 years. Amy began working with Cadbury at Home in March 2001 when the Continuing Care at Home concept was a new and emerging part of the senior living industry. As Senior Sales Counselor, Amy helped grow the program’s membership along with assisting to develop the programs membership plans, pricing and collateral materials. Amy’s experience includes nine years in the nursing home and subacute rehabilitation industry where she utilized her skills as a Certified Social Worker. Amy has also worked as a cognitive therapist for an adult day care program for individuals with traumatic brain injury. Prior to coming on board with Cadbury at Home, Amy was Director of Sales for an Assisted Living Community in NJ.

Mary Holton MSW

Mary Holton MSW, LCSW, Manager, Care Coordination

Mary has been a practicing social worker for 35 years. She received her Master of Social Work degree from Rutgers University in 1983 and is a licensed clinical social worker. Most of her career has been in the acute care hospital environment, working with a variety of patient populations, including seniors. She is a certified clinical social work supervisor and a member of the Council on Nephrology Social Workers. Mary manages all aspects of care coordination and shares her expertise of federal, state and community programs to benefit her members.

Maria Elena Zoccali

Care Coordinator

Maria Elena Zoccali received her Bachelor of Science degree from The College of New Jersey and has worked with seniors in various roles for over 14 years. She began her career working as a program director for a senior day center in Norristown, PA. She worked as a social worker in an Alzheimer’s unit and adult medical daycare. Prior to taking some time off to raise her son, Maria Elena was an admission director and director of companion services at a CCRC. She enjoys traveling with her husband and son and spending time with her family.

Diane Willoughby

Program Director, Lewes

As Program Director with the Cadbury at Home Program, Diane provides care coordination for its members. In addition to her Cadbury at Home Program responsibilities, she also works closely with the marketing department and participates in community events supporting seniors. Her professional experience includes hospice healthcare and family crisis therapy. Diane holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
